1. Information We Collect

When you use Prompt Wallets, we may collect the following data:

  • Account information — your email address and hashed password when you register.
  • Usage data — the number of prompt expansions, saved prompts, and feature interactions, used for plan enforcement and product analytics.
  • Prompt content — prompts you submit for expansion are sent to our server and forwarded to Anthropic. We do not store these prompts after the response is returned.
  • Saved prompts — prompts you explicitly save to your library are stored in our database and encrypted at rest.
  • Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide the expansion, library, and community features.
  • To enforce plan limits and prevent abuse.
  • To process payments and manage your subscription.
  • To send critical account emails such as password resets and subscription changes. We do not send marketing emails without your consent.

3. Third-Party Services

  • Supabase — database and authentication.
  • Anthropic — AI model provider for prompt expansion. See their privacy policy.
  • Stripe — payment processing. See their privacy policy.
  • Vercel — web hosting and edge functions.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove all personal data within 30 days. Aggregated analytics may be retained indefinitely.

5. Your Rights

You can request data export, correction, or deletion at any time by emailing contact@promptwallets.com. EU users have additional rights under GDPR.

6. Chrome Extension Permissions

The extension only requests side panel access, active tab URL (for platform detection), and storage (for session persistence). We do not read page content or browsing history.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
