1. Acceptance

By using Prompt Wallets you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Prompt Wallets is a Chrome extension and web service that helps you expand, save, organise, and share AI prompts. We use third-party AI models to generate expanded prompts on your behalf.

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. One account per person.

4. Subscription & Billing

• The free Casual plan has limited features as described on the pricing page.
• Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe.
• All paid plans include a 7-day free trial. Cancel anytime during the trial without being charged.
• After the trial, subscriptions auto-renew. Cancel from your account page.
• Refunds are handled case-by-case. Contact us within 7 days of a charge.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Use the service for illegal purposes or to generate harmful content.
• Attempt to bypass plan limits or automate usage beyond normal interaction.
• Publish community prompts that are spam, offensive, or misleading.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent limits.

6. Content Ownership

• You own the prompts you create and save.
• By publishing to the community, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it publicly.
• We do not claim ownership of your content.

7. Community Moderation

Published prompts may be reviewed. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend users who violate these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Prompt Wallets is provided "as is." We are not responsible for AI-generated output quality, service interruptions, or data loss beyond the scope of our privacy policy.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
